These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NLG OPS platform (the “Service”), operated by Network Link Generation LTDA (“we”, “us”, “our”) at nlgtradex.space. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in to or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NLG OPS is a private, internal operations platform for managing trade and customs operations, clients, suppliers, documents, and related business workflows. The Service is intended solely for authorized users of Network Link Generation LTDA and its approved partners. It is not a consumer-facing or publicly available product.
3. Accounts & Authorization
Access requires an account provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Upload content that you do not have the right to store or that violates the rights of others.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive (for file storage) and Hostinger (for hosting and email). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers’ terms. Our handling of data obtained through these integrations is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you submit), is owned by Network Link Generation LTDA and is protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service as authorized.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Link Generation LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Brazil.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
