This Privacy Policy describes how Network Link Generation LTDA (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the NLG OPS platform (the “Service”), an internal operations platform available at nlgtradex.space. NLG OPS is a restricted, authorization-only application used by our team and authorized partners.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials, used to sign in and control access.
- Operational data — business records that authorized users enter into the platform (clients, suppliers, operations, comments, tasks, and related trade/customs data).
- Files you upload — documents and attachments that users choose to attach to records within the Service.
- Technical data — server logs and standard request metadata used to operate and secure the Service.
2. Google User Data & Google Drive Access
When an administrator connects a Google account, NLG OPS requests access to Google Drive (the Google Drive OAuth scope). We use this access for a single purpose: to store and manage the file attachments that users choose to upload within the Service. Specifically, we use Google Drive access only to:
- Upload file attachments that a user adds to a record in the platform;
- Organize those files in a dedicated
NLG_OPSfolder on the connected Google account; - List, download, and delete those files when a user views or removes them.
We access only the files created by the Service. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Google user data is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to provide this feature, and never for any unrelated purpose.
NLG OPS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above solely to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service — authenticating users, storing and displaying operational records and their attachments, sending operational email notifications, and maintaining the integrity of the platform. We do not use this information for advertising.
4. Storage & Security
Application data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on our infrastructure provider (Hostinger). Sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the Service is restricted to authenticated, authorized users, and sessions expire after a period of inactivity. File attachments are stored on the connected cloud provider (Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive) chosen by the administrator.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following processors strictly to operate the Service:
- Google Drive — cloud storage for file attachments.
- Microsoft OneDrive — alternative cloud storage for file attachments.
- Hostinger — application hosting, database, and email (SMTP) delivery.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below. You can also revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at any time via Google Account → Third-party access.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
